TROUBLESHOOTING

Video Problems:

a) Video or colors look grainy or fuzzy: Check Settings in the "Display" Control Panel to make sure your monitor is set to at least 16 bit or "high" color. If it can only be set to 8 bit or 256, the program will look grainy. The program will have its best appearance with the Highest (32 bit) display setting.

b) Video 'stutters' (choppy visuals; audio out of sync): Your processor speed or video card VRAM may be insufficient, or you may have too many programs running. Be sure your computer meets the minimum requirements listed in topic 2. Sometimes performance can be improved by quitting all other running applications.

c) Video will not run: This program is designed to run with QuickTime version 7 or newer. Check to be sure you have this program on your hard drive. If you do not have the program, you may download it from the Apple web site.

Audio problems:

a) No sound: Be sure there is a sound card installed on the computer, and that there are speakers or headphones plugged into it and turned on. Confirm that the sound setting on your computer is NOT set to 'mute'.

b) Volume too low or too high: Set the volume to a comfortable level using the keyboard volume controls, of your computer's sound control panel. Check power and volume controls to your speakers.
