Signs of Burnout.
Burnout feels like extreme exhaustion. People who are burned out don't enjoy doing the things that used to make them happy. They feel like they can't get as much done as they used to. Sometimes, they don't even care. They just don't have the energy or desire to face daily life.
Your body usually lets you know when you are burned out. You may get sick more often, have stomach problems, or get frequent headaches.
